A Certified Safety Professional with 9+ years working with various heavy industry manufacturing, construction, and warehouse companies. After graduating with a Bachelors of Science from Central Michigan University in Environmental Health and Safety, Dominic immediately got to work as an EH&S Professional working for companies such as DTE, General Motors, and HydroCorp. Each step along the way, he picked up on best practices from across the industry. He believes, as a safety consultant, the best solutions are those that balance with the operational needs of the company. Further, these solutions should engage front-line workers from ideation to implementation. By taking this approach, the hazard controls are much more likely to be maintained long-term as it allows front-line workers to have ownership in the solution as well as allow the business to continue functioning efficiently.

 In his free time Dominic serves his community as a Trustee for the Anchor Bay School District Board of Education. He lives in Chesterfield with his wife Jennifer, and two kids, three cats, and four chickens.
